Suvir Saran is a native of New Delhi, India who was raised on traditional Indian cooking. He is a passionate and inventive cooking teacher,caterer and food consultant. His catering and consulting business “Rasoi, The Indian Kitchen” lists among its clients the Asia Society, Carnegie Hall, the World Music Institute and New York University. Suvir is on the editorial team of Food Arts Magazine as contributing authority for Indian food. His recipes and work have also appeared in the Los Angeles Times, New York Times and US News & World Report.

Neera has appeared on national South Asian television programs and is a monthly contributor to Hum Magazine in Canada.

Monica Bhide is the celebrated auther of the cookbook “Spice Is Right” .An accomplished caterer and home chef, Monica is a graduate of several formal cooking courses in her native India and has been cooking Indian food for more than 20 years. Born in India,  Monica has been living in the United States since 1991, and currently resides in Washington, DC. You will meet Monica every month through her column – Chai And Chow (which is also the title of her upcoming book)

Michael Swamy Fernandes, is a food stylist and writer based in Mumbai, India. A professional Chef and Graduate of Food Technology and Hotel Management from the Sophia Polytechnic (Mumbai) and Superieur Patisserie from the Cordon Bleu Culinary School (London), He is also the author of cookbook “Enduring Flavors”. Michael will be sharing his insights, know-how and recipes for cooking and food-styling with the patrons and visitors of Delicious India through his column “Stylish Food” !

Neerja has been with Delicious India since it started. She has shared her recipes and tips and opinions through many of her articles and columns in all these years.

Pallavi Pathak hails from Northern Indian and is currently residing in the lush green state of Kerala. What she brings to the Delicious India is the wonderful home made fare of India. Mostly  North Indian , these recipes are sometimes traditional favorites and some times the housewife’s concoctions… They are not created by a food professional but a home maker and a mother .We Look forward for her delicious content…
