So, what is cooking today? Most people get fed
up of this question. More so because we have tried every one of
the grandmother’s and mother’s recipe we have inherited.
It is the same old thing, just another day. And this boredom
is not only about you in the kitchen, but even the family, which
is waiting for a change on the dining table. But then, are we
ready to experiment? |
Most people prefer to play it safe rather than watch
all effort go into the dustbin. But, all the same, taking that risk is
worth it, considering that the odds largely tilt towards being
appreciated. So why not try something different and out of the blue.
Something like one of the easy gourmet dinner recipes – something
unique.
Many people are not sure about the meaning of gourmet food. Basically,
these are specialty foods. Recipes created out of the ordinary.
Something that one would generally not cook at home. For instance a
strawberry pulao. Seems intriguing, but is delicious if you ask some of
the food connoisseurs who prefer the strange blends.
They prefer the food that goes beyond the typical. The food connoisseurs
prefer the rarest and unheard of blends. They taste all that is new and
give their scores. And the best part is that these gourmet recipes are
easy to source and try out at home. All you need to do is find something
that is made of ingredients the family would enjoy and then go into the
market get the ingredients and follow all instructions.
And if its appreciated stand up proud and say its your creation. And if
they do not like it then blame the celebrated chef and simply call for
some food that will make up for the disaster. But the fact remains that
you tried, which surely they would appreciate.
What are you waiting for? Let’s make a start with a couple of the easy
