equipments and food production etc. Airline catering services are
usually the third party service providers of food for passengers.
Catering services business is conducted on a per person basis price. In
hotels, the catering department is headed by the manager who is
responsible for serving food to the guests. The Manager and Assistant
Managers decide on the price of the menu items and ensure that the
quality of food preparation and service is consistent. Industrial
Catering Services usually refer to the provision of food and beverages
on a large scale to corporate bodies and institutions in their
cafeteria, guesthouses, and other specialized location.
Food catering services need a lot of management and experience. They
need to prepare food and do services as per the menu and time specified
ensuring quality, reducing wastage, spillage and spoilage. Client
